We could not be any happier with the results. Unfortunately, my go-to contractor was not available and could not take on my project, so once again I was in search of the right guys. The process of searching for a good contractor is no fun by all means (very time consuming). I called several highly rated companies from Yelp that service my area, got some estimates, and found My Cali Builders to be the best fit for us. When we started planning to remodel our kitchen we never thought that the end result will be so amazing. They literally saw our vision from the first meeting we had. He listened to our ideas, was very attentive to our needs, thoughtful in not only the work but also goes the extra mile to get to know the client. The time frame presented was reasonable and was finished well around the time given.

We met with a few contractors, My Cali Builders was the one to give us our estimate and eventually lead our remodel. The other contractors left within 20-30 minutes with barely any notes. He stayed over an hour asking us questions, taking measurements, drafting up drawings on his iPad. We selected them for these obvious reasons. We also knew his proposal was reasonably priced because it was within range of the other contractor's proposals.

My Cali Builders converted my detached garage in North Hollywood into a gorgeous Guest House / ADU. I'm now renting the Guest House above market value. They were so easy to work with. Easily the best construction/home improvement project I've experienced. Don't waste your time getting quotes, My Cali Builders is reasonably priced and provides the BEST QUALITY when it comes to pavers, turf etc. I had about 8 contractors come measure and provide quotes. Some gave me quotes without going over specific materials or including irrigation and lighting in the upfront proposal. My Cali Builders brought turf samples and had paver samples delivered to our house. My Cali Builders was not the cheapest, but it's worth the additional cost considering the backyard is permanent and an investment. I AM EXTREMELY PICKY (you can ask the owners), however the backyard exceeded my expectations and looks even better than I had imagined it would.
